The Prize
The prize includes a £500 Parkdean Resorts voucher to use to book a holiday at any Parkdean Resort holiday park. Subject to availability and holiday park opening dates. You will also receive a £250 Wightlink Customer Service Voucher to spend on ferry travel.
The prize must be claimed within one holiday booking arriving no later than 12 months after the issue date. The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £500. No change will be given for any booking made for less than £500.
Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.
The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.
Discount codes/offers are not applicable on any remaining balance that needs to be paid by the winner.
Parkdean Resorts UK Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
The prize will be subject to Parkdean Resorts’ standard holiday booking conditions.
Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter and/or Parkdean Resorts UK Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone where these or our standard holiday terms and conditions have been breached.
In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors and Parkdean Resorts UK Limited will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Entrants must be 18+. Cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash/vouchers.
This prize draw is open to entrants resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter or of any of their group companies. Only one entry will be accepted per person. No automated, third-party or bulk entries. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries, or those not received for whatever reason.
There is no cash alternative (in full or in part) to the prize, and each part of the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The winner will be the first name selected at random by an independently verified computer system from all entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s personal data will be shared with all prize providers in order to ensure fulfilment of the competition prize.
