If any of your passengers have accessible needs, such as extra room for a wheelchair, please let us know when you make your booking
Check in is 30 minutes before your departure time
If you’re planning to travel within 48 hours you should give us a call on 023 9285 5260 rather than using the booking form
Going to be late? If you arrive up to two hours after your sailing, we’ll try our best to get you on the next available ferry, subject to availability
Need to cancel? Call us on 023 9285 5260 or send an email to [email protected]. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up for your booking, you’ll be charged the full cost of your sailing
